3. Appointment Monitoring
Our appointment monitoring service:
- Notifies you when appointments become available
- Does not guarantee appointment availability
- Does not book appointments on your behalf
- Relies on third-party government websites which may change
4. Payment and Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused service periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to overwhelm government appointment systems
- Share your account with others
- Reverse engineer our services
6. Limitation of Liability
Expatriator is not liable for missed appointments, incorrect information, or any damages arising from use of our service. Use at your own risk.
